* God painted a wonderful piece of artwork one day.  That painting is you.

* It is not what people say about you that makes you different.  It is what you say about yourself, and what your God has said about you, that really matters.

* Many see Jesus as a way to heaven and the solution to spiritual problems, but they fail to see that He is the solution to all of life's problems.

* Until the desire to go forward becomes greater than the memories of past pain, we will never hold the power to create new beginnings again.

* God will reward those who perservere in seeking Him.  He may not come when you want Him to, but He will be right on time.

* Our growth in grace, our joy, our usefulness - all depend upon our union with Christ.  It is by communion with Him, daily, hourly - by abiding in Him, that we are to grow in grace.

* Do not wait to feel that you are made whole, but say, "I believe it; it is so, not because I feel it, but because God has promised."

* No earthly parent could be as patient with the faults and mistakes of His children, as is God with those He seeks to save.

* The more we study the divine character in the light of the cross, the more we see mercy, tenderness, and forgiveness blended with equity and justice, and the more clearly we discern innumerable evidences of a love that is infinite, and a tender pity surpassing a mother's yearning sympathy for her wayward child.

* Your most effective ministry will come out of your deepest hurts.

* If God only used perfect people, nothing would ever get done.

* We become whatever we are committed to.

* God is far more interested in what you are than in what you do.

* Humility is not thinking less of yourself; it is thinking of yourself less.

* The greatest gift you can give someone is your time.  The best way to spell love is T-I-M-E.  The essence of love is not what we think or do or provide for others.  The most desired gift of love is not diamonds or roses or chocolate.  It is focused attention.  It is how much we give of ourselves.

* The more you become God's friend, the more you will care about the things he cares about.

* God does not expect you to be perfect, but he insists on complete honesty.

* Knowing and loving God is the greatest privilege, and being known and loved is God's greatest pleasure.

* Trusting God completely means having faith that he knows what is best for your life.

* When anything in creation fulfills its purpose, it brings glory to God.

* Living for God's glory is the greatest achievement we can accomplish with our lifes.

* When you live in light of eternity, your values change.
